The 60 Day Sleep Trial

Every MAREA pillow comes with a 60 day sleep trial. Sleep on it, adjust the fill, and give your body time to settle in. If it is not the best pillow you have ever owned, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

What the trial covers

The 60 day sleep trial applies to our pillows, including the Wild Harvested Kapok Pillow in every size and the Kapok Body Pillow. You can use the pillow during the trial. A slept-on pillow is exactly what the trial is for.

Pillow covers

Pillow covers can be returned within 60 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a used cover unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Refill kapok

Refill bags are weighed, packed to order, and sealed by hand at our workshop, so refill kapok is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a bag arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right.

Free returns

Eligible returns within the United States are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label, so a trial return costs you nothing.

How to start a return

Reach out through our contact page with your order number and let us know you would like to start a return. We will send your prepaid label and simple instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. If your order included a free promotional item, such as a free cover from a launch offer, please include it with your return.

Exchanges

Want a different pillow size instead of a refund? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange within the same 60 day window.

Damaged or defective items

If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
